Vin Diesel Sued by Former Assistant for Sexual Assault and More
Vin Diesel, the star of the Fast and Furious franchise, is facing a serious legal challenge from his former assistant, who claims that he sexually assaulted her in a hotel room in 2010. The assistant, who worked for Diesel’s production company One Race Films, also accuses him of making unwanted sexual advances, discriminating against her on the basis of sex, and firing her without cause. The lawsuit seeks damages for emotional distress, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. This is not the first time that Diesel has been accused of sexual misconduct. In 2018, he was named as one of the alleged abusers in the #MeToo movement by actress Charlize Theron. Diesel has not yet responded to the allegations.
