I was addicted to my smartphone. My per day usage was over 8 hours. While I spent most of my time on social media, the tips aren't restricted to social media addiction. Using these methods, you can get rid of Instagram addiction and any other app and phone addiction in general. Also, don't worry. It's not our fault; smartphones and all the apps are designed to be addictive. I have mentioned a few of the design features which lead us to addiction. We can reverse engineer and get rid of smartphone addiction. This strategy works absurdly well, and I went from 8 hours per day to less than 2 hours per day.
