If you are the type who often edits the Windows Hosts file to make changes to how DNS works for various sites and other hosts, you might find it a little tedious to use something like Notepad to edit the Hosts file. There is a free GUI app called BlueLife Hosts Editor that will allow to make changes\additions to the Hosts file as well as enabling and disabling hosts.
You can also use it to flush the DNS cache, restart the DNS service and resolve hostnames from the Hosts file itself. Plus you can import and export your Hosts file configuration as needed.
