Building Update #2 | SBC's Art Director Offers Sneak Peak Into New Building’s Design
Join Seth Gordon, the art director at Scottsdale Bullion & Coin, for an exclusive peek into the new building's thematic and aesthetic components. Seth's dynamic role includes creating paintings and sculptures featured throughout SBC and designing the entire building's visual identity from scratch.
Scottsdale Bullion & Coin’s new home office will feature an opulent Art Deco style—a popular theme in the 1920s and 30s—think #greatgatsby. However, our iconic visual branding will be maintained throughout the new building's design. Everyone familiar with SBC will notice the throughlines when walking through the new establishment.
Another exciting development is the design of the Tail Gunner Cigar Bar & Whisky Lounge, which will be on the first floor of the building and themed around #worldwartwo. Seth is weaving WWII aviation throughout the design with custom murals, mechanized elements, and even B-17 #flyingfortress parts in pieces of furniture.
