[NEW BASE] Sparta FM Base
(or alternatively the Psuedobit Base V2)
Happy Ten Years of the Sparta Remix! ...Or, well, ten years plus several days or so. To celebrate, here's a brand new base! This base is based off of the old school FM music you'd hear in arcade games, the PC-98 and the ever so popular Sega Genesis/Mega Drive.
This base is also more or less one of my biggest dream ideas for a sparta base come true, so by all means, please use this base! And give credit!
