The Pentax K1 Mark II has been hotly anticipated by Pentax shooters. With the K1 already being such a great full frame camera, there wasn't much to change. But it's had some rather nice updates.

The K1 Mark II sees a 2 stop improvement in high ISO performance, but the headline feature is now being able to handhold while using the Pixel Shift Resolution function.

Unlike other systems which use sensor shifting technology to create larger images, the Pentax K1 Mark II uses it to fill in the missing information inherent in Bayer processor systems, giving you something more akin to Sigma's Foveon sensors.

We also got to check out the new Pentax DFA 50mm f/1.4 Lens, too.
