Here is my version of Yellow Cab's Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta. I'm really craving for this pasta ever since ECQ, hope this recipe can help relieve your cravings. 🙂 We will be uploading more recipes soon. Thank you and God bless!

INGREDIENTS:
400g Pasta
150g Boneless chicken
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1 Onion
2 cloves Garlic

For Sauce:
3 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Sesame Oil
1/2 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
1/3 cup Water
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 Tbsp Water
Salt & Pepper to taste
