Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker talks bike safety following deadly crash
Mayor Parker will join officials from the City of Philadelphia and the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia to share updates and options for upgrades to the Spruce/Pine corridor in Center City.
The announcement comes weeks after a Children's Hospital of Philadelphia resident was tragically killed in a crash.
