Hackers & exploiters made Jailbreak unplayable at times from 2019-2021 as Badimo had a hard time patching various generic exploits while working on new content/features.
Badimo first tried to trap hackers on Cheater’s Island, where said hackers would spawn if they got caught cheating along with a set of game-specific cheat detection methods'' banning over 200,000+ players in 2 years with less than 99% of these being confident auto-bans.
In March 2022, Badimo added the Jailbreak Ban Jail located separately in a private experience named Jailbreak Ban Jail where banned players had to pay 1,500 Robux to be unbanned, cash was reset to $100,000 cash and have limited features.
