This is a resistance band full-body workout. You will feel this workout in all of your major muscle groups. The only muscle group that we didn’t really focus on is your ab’s. Here is a link to one of my ab workout videos. • 10 Minute Ab Workout | 6 ab Exercises...
How do you do this resistance band full-body workout? This Resistance workout is comprised of 6 different resistance bands. You will do the exercises for 30 secs and then take a 15-sec break in between each set. You will do the workout for 2 rounds and at that point, you are welcome to repeat the workout again for a 3rd or 4th round. In order to repeat the workout, you will have to start the video from the start.
