Back Doors & Finishing Touches! Ram ProMaster Van Build Conversion - Episode 25 | Jason Klunk
In this video I go over how I finished my back doors (finally). It looks so much better now that the back area is completed and that the insulation is no longer showing. Finishing the doors is pretty straight forward, you just need to watch out for wires in the door itself. If you are going to drill through the metal, make sure to use a stop on the drill bit so you just barely go through or you’re going to have a bad time.
The back corner pieces were a little bit of a pain. I just used cardboard to create templates and then transferred the templates to ¼” plywood and cut them out with a jigsaw.
The piece over the sliding door is kind of a nightmare so of course I saved that for last. My pro tip for that piece is patience lol. Huge thanks to Ben at Vista Vans ( / @vistavans4982 ) for helping me with that project!
