Formula
=VLOOKUP(lookup_value, table_array, col_index_num, false)
lookup_value is the search value; value we want to get the information from
for this example, it is cell reference 'H10' as we will look at what fruit
table_array is the range of cells that contains data we will be getting from
for this example, it is A3:F9 where all the data from
col_index_num is the column number in the table_array
for this example, we want information for Wednesday which is located in column 4 from table_array
