In this video we're going to look at how to install CasperJS.
Part of the Advanced Web Scraping series.
I'm using Windows 8. So depending on what system your on there may be some differences. And there's basically 3 steps, first you install casper globally via npm, then you edit your PATH variable and then you edit the bootstrap.js file to make it compatible to PhantomJS version 2.1.1.
You'll want to navigate over to http://docs.casperjs.org/en/latest/in.... Then check to see which command to use to install casper on your machine.
The rest of this video expands on how to edit the bootstrap file and how to test to make sure your instance is working correctly.
