ELDEN RING-How to get into Ranni's Rise-Ranni's Questline
This video shows the three towers of Ranni's Rise. One has a magical barrier, the middle one is where Ranni is, and third one in the south has Seluvis. If you have already done Starscourge Radahn fight, go downstairs and talk to Seluvis, then go back upstairs and talk to Ranni again. She will tell she is going to sleep. If you do not do this you will find a fog barrier outside the tower. To meet her initially go to the Church of Ellah in Limgrave and talk to Renna. She will go by that name in the beginning. Then after fighting Loretta, a door will open to her second location. She may not appear in the tower if you started the festival in Caelid but did not fight Starscourge Radahn or started blackknife quest with Rodgier. She will disappear until those are complete.
