How to edit PDF metadata

Each PDF file may contain metadata information (e.g., Author, Title, Keywords, Subject)
Sometimes we want to keep/improve this information, and sometimes we would like to delete them.
1) Removing metadata from PDF: for example, you are viewing a research paper and want to send your comments as a PDF file. At the same time, because of the Single-blind procedure, authors do not need to know who the reviewer is. The metadata information may disclose the reviewer's personal information.
2) Adding metadata to PDF: for example, you want to post one of your articles on the Internet and would like search engines to find and extract the right information from your PDF. This way you can add the right metadata to achieve this. Remember that metadata can be added to PDFs during PDF creation, for example, when using PDF printer.
There is software that helps you modify metadata. However, in this video, we demonstrate that you can perform any modifications without any special software installed.
