EasyFarm Tutorial: Processing W-2's
The employer information on the W-2 comes from the Ledger setup. This can be found by going to Edit Ledger.
If you do not have a Federal Employer ID# and you want to have your Social Security # printed on the W-2's, then you will need to put your SS# in the Federal Employer. ID # position as shown.
To print a W-2, go to Reports, then tax reports, and select Form W-2.
You can adjust the alignment of the forms with your printer by going to edit, then preferences, then check/form print and adjust up and down with the slider.
