Unreal Engine 5 - 8 Direction Root Motion Locomotion preview(Old Version)
Preview of the Root Motion movement system I am developing. This is a 8 direction movement system using only root motion animations. Camera rotates around character when Idle and also directs the player movement from left to right when moving. This preview has toggle walk/run and sprinting with shift implemented. I will be working on crouch, jump, dodge rolling and dashing next.
