Hi everyone, welcome to this video. In this segment, we’ll be showing the first phase of the automatic winding process for an air compressor stator.

First, after the stamping process, each slot of the stator needs to be insert insulation paper.

It ensures that the copper wire doesn’t make direct contact with the iron core, which effectively prevents electrical short circuits.

Next, we move on to the winding stage.

The copper wire is evenly wound into coils through precise control of the equipment. The coils are arranged neatly and densely, ready for the subsequent wire embedding operation.

After the winding is completed, the copper coils are gradually embedded into the slots of the stator through special tooling and automation equipment.

It can be seen that the copper wire has been initially fixed in the slot. The whole process is highly mechanized and has little manual intervention.

After that, the ends and overall shape of the coils are fine-tuned by pressing with shaping equipment to ensure that the copper wire fits the stator slots.
