Mahanavami can be literally translated to the great Ninth day of Navratri. This very auspicious day is celebrated in different ways across the regions with Kanya Puja for young girls, Suhasini Puja with married women, Garba and Dandiya Raas and the veneration of Siddhidhatri.
The worship of Siddhidhatri Aai is believed to stimulate the Sahasrara Chakra, also known as the crown Chakra of the body.
