In windows 10 we can change the color of start menu start menu tiles but we cannot change the color of windows title bars, they always look light color by default.
we can make colored windows title bars in windows 10 by creating a new theme in the Themes folder and also with a simple tweak without installing any third party software....
But even with that trick Firefox still use Default Gray color title bars.
