In this video, I walk you through the steps to fix the camera missing in the device manager on Windows 10. First, go to Device Manager and click on Action on the top of the window and then Scan for Hardware Changes. If that doesn't work, if your camera came with a CD you might need to manually add the driver. To do this, click Action and select Legacy Hardware, and use the CD to install the driver. If that doesn't work then you can go to the Control Panel and select Hardware and Sound and then Add a Device. This gives the computer another chance to search for and find the camera. If this does work, then go to the Search bar and search for Camera settings and open the Camera Privacy Settings. In this window, switch on Allow apps to access your camera.
