Cannes Film Festival 2012 Winners: Amour Film wins Palme d'Or: ENTV
Austrian director Michael Haneke took home the top prize at the finale to this year's Cannes Film Festival for Amour -- his drama about love and death centered on an elderly couple confronting the wife's deteriorating health. He and his two French leads received a huge standing ovation over the win. Remarkably, this is Haneke's second win in three years. In 2009, he won for White Ribbon.
