Musanze is a city in the foothills of the Virunga Massif, near the Volcanoes National Park and the gorillas. It offers tourism, business and agriculture, as well as caving, cycling and eco-park activities. The city is only 2 hours’ drive from Kigali City and about half an hour to Kinigi (Headquarters of Volcanoes National Park) where most activities of the park including gorilla trekking in Rwanda.
