Winter came to our area. Frosty fresh air makes you dress warmer, appreciate warmth, heat the wood stove hot, keep warm with hot hearty food. Ahead are several days in a tent, winter fishing, walks in the winter forest.
Hiking in the winter forest requires special preparation. The tent should be large, because you spend a lot of time in it. The stove should warm well - it's so nice to return from a cold forest and plunge into cozy warmth. The temperature at night drops to -20℃, and in your tent it is warm and cozy, the wood in the stove peacefully crackles, snow falls on the tent. And no more sounds.
In the winter forest, you don't want to rush, the world is filled with calmness and silence. The movements are unhurried, as if you do not want to disturb the peace. Water for strong morning coffee is heated on the stove, and chakhokhbili - chicken stewed with tomatoes and onions - will be prepared here. Here I will bask after winter fishing.
Trying something for the first time is always exciting and winter fishing is no exception. Drilling holes, looking for best places, waiting for a bite. It doesn't bite. Collecting firewood is a great way to keep warm. It is good that there are many windfalls and dry woods in the forest - a lot of firewood will be needed. On the stove melted to red, food will be cooked, water will be boiled, and it will become really hot in the tent.
It gets dark early, the tent is illuminated by the soft light of a lamp, and because of this it becomes especially cozy and comfortable. There, behind two layers, it is cold and dark, but here the stove is heated, a delicious dinner is being heated. Hearty food helps to recuperate, it is pleasant to discuss the passing day over hot tea with ginger.
