The watercolor texture/effect you saw in this video is because I'm using a combination of brushes and a paper texture in Procreate:
little pine brush (in the Drawing tab)
*Amazing watercolor kit for Procreate (brushes and texture)
*Blacksands paper texture (optional texture but it's nice)
Basically I used the brushes from the watercolor kit together with the blacksands texture.
