Cygnus X-1 is a galactic X-ray source widely believed to be a black hole. It lies near the Tulip Nebula, so I pointed my home telescope at this location in 2020. While the black hole can't be seen because light doesn't escape from it, there is evidence of a jet stream being emitted from it causing the formation of a nearby bubble nebula.
