If you bracelet or fitness band is not charging, insert the bracelet in the other side of the USB port of the charger, wait a few seconds before your device displays the battery charging level. If you don't have a regular 5V phone wall charger, connect the device to a computer USB port.
It is usually recommeded to charge the device from a desktop or laptop USB port. If you do charge it using a wall outlet, make sure the wall adapter is UL-certified and has an output of 5V, 1A or lower.
