Line 6 HX Stomp NOT WORKING! Fix for FS4 and FS5 (External 2-button Switch) in Global Settings

Updated your HX Stomp and suddenly FS4 isn't working with your two-button switch? There are two things to check in the Global settings:
1. Preferences (FS Tip, FS Ring)
Make sure these are set to FS4 and FS5
2. Footswitches (FS4 and FS5 function)
Make sure these are set to Stomp 4 and Stomp 5
