Royal Kludge Keyboard Comparison: Sink87G vs RK100 - Which One to Choose?
In this video, I'm doing a quick comparison of two Royal Kludge keyboards: the Sink87G and the RK100. Both keyboards have their pros and cons, so let's dive in!
Starting with the good stuff, both keyboards have a USB-C connection, which is great for faster data transfer and power delivery. The RK100 also has an added bonus of a built-in hub, which is handy for connecting other devices. Additionally, the build quality of these keyboards is top-notch, with a solid feel and satisfying key presses. Another great feature is the option to use them wirelessly, via Bluetooth, or with a wired connection.
On the downside, the form factor of these keyboards might not be for everyone. The Sink87G doesn't have a numerical keypad, which could be a deal-breaker for some users. Meanwhile, the RK100 has a slightly odd shape that might take some getting used to. Both keyboards also have an ON/OFF switch that could be of better quality. Finally, the RGB refresh rate on the RK100 is visible, which some users might find distracting.
Overall, I like both of these keyboards for their high quality and versatility. But they do have some drawbacks that might make them less appealing for certain users.
