To Fix Image Previews / Thumbnails Not Showing in Windows 10, try this simple fix:
Open “File Explorer”… Confused..?! Don’t worry, simply click on “This PC”. In the opening window, click on “View” tab then click the last item “Options”, then click “Change Folder and Search Options”.
Now, in the new opened window, click on the second tab, and then under the title “Advances settings” remove checkmark from the square towards the option “Always show icons, never checkmark” as shown in this video. Then click “Apply” then click “ok”.
