How to do this 24 Minute Resistance Band Full Body Workout | No Attachment
This resistance band full-body workout includes 16 different resistance band exercises that you will repeat for 2 rounds. So, the workout contains 32 resistance band exercises. You will do the resistance band exercises for 30 seconds and 15 seconds off.
