A long type of Japanese sword "Ootachi" 【Real Katana】
Throughout Japanese history, there existed Japanese swords, called Ootachi, which were notably longer than the height of an average human. Some of these swords still exist and are enshrined in Japanese shrines. In fact, the Ootachi was actually used in battles during the Sengoku period. In this video, we will explore the history of the Ootachi, a weapon that dominated certain eras of the battlefield.
