After interacting with the fourth Inconspicuous Note (Deepholm), a set of 10 consoles becomes interactable in Gnomeregan, at coordinates (37, 55), on the Launch Bay floor of the dungeon map, between the Launch Bay and Engineering Labs. Each console holds a digit from 1 to 9 (excluding 0), and offers dialog options to increase or decrease its value by one.
Setting the consoles to 1222176597 by repeatedly interacting with them causes the fifth Inconspicuous Note to spawn.
