Live: Biden and Harris attend 9/11 ceremony at World Trade Center site
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris mark 23 years since the September 11 attacks at a commemorative ceremony in New York City on Wednesday.
The president and vice president will visit each of the three sites where hijacked planes crashed in 2001, killing almost 3,000 people.
They will first visit the site where planes brought down the World Trade Center’s twin towers.
