How to Change Windows Mouse Hot Tracking Color:
1. Search For Run in Windows Search Box.
2. Open Run And Type 'regedit' and Click ok.
3. Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Control Panel/Colors.
4. Then Select HotTrackingColor.
5. Change The Values According to Your Selves .
6. First Value is For Red Color, Second For Green, Third For Blue.
Change Then or Merge Two or The Values To Create New Color.
7. Then Click Ok And Restart Your PC.
And All Done.
