When exploring in Fallout 4 you’ll hear a terrified voice calling for help. Inside this old fridge is Billy; a kid who desperately hid from the bombs 200 years ago and has been trapped ever since.
If you break him free, Billy will beg you to escort him home and this is where the encounter gets crazy.
Shortly after you’ve generously agreed to help, a Gunners member called Bullet will approach you and ask if the boy is for sale. And because this is Fallout, of course he is.
If you’re willing to betray Billy he’ll get a little annoyed - but you’ll get 200 caps in your pocket. Even more if your charisma is high and you carefully negotiate with the buyer - .
But unless you’re truly sadistic, it doesn’t HAVE to end there.
Gently “Renegotiate” with Bullet and you can finally take a VERY confused Billy to his house where a shock surprise is waiting.
It turns out Billy’s parents also got Ghoulified and are just chilling at home when you arrive.
Naturally, they’re thrilled you’ve reunited them with their son and thank you with ANOTHER 500 caps!
