Learning the Basics of Docker and Containerizing a Fullstack Web App
I've recently decided to build a simple web app to help me keep track of the games that I've played - sort of like a "Goodreads for Gamers". I'm taking this more as a learning experience so it definitely won't be perfect, BUT I'll keep working on it for as long as possible. This Web Devlog series will be used to keep track of my progress and any hurdles that I come across on a week-to-week basis.
This time, I automated my web app's microservices (Vue, Express, Node, Mongo) with Docker! First time working with containers so I have NO IDEA what I'm doing. Let me know - down in the comments below - if anything I said made sense.
