Second playthrough.. The first time I let her fly away and didn't realize you couldn't fight her after. I knew the arrow would work but I wanted to try the unga bunga Arc of Might on her back legs since I knew that wouldn't make her fly away. I kept cancelling all my attacks because she moved around so much and I didn't want to hit her in the face, which makes her take off. It worked out, I guess.
