Concept video showcasing progress in recreating a 'Hardcore Mode' for Red Dead Redemption 2. Which introduces fast-paced combat, aggressive enemies, more NPC's and enhanced ragdolls and euphoria for a more intense and challenging open-world experience. This is a demonstration clearing out the Del Lobo gang hideout in Thieves Landing with over 30 or so enemies to dispense.
As you can see, the change in combat is immense, requiring more cover and defensive thinking.
Hardcore Mode Mods:
Bandit Hideouts Expansion (Adds roaming enemies and 30+ enemy hideouts. Settings tuned to the maximum)
Fast Paced Combat (Higher NPC Damage and Health Regen)
Ped Accuracy Fix (This makes dodging and running better able to avoid bullets)
No Core Progression (Max health capped at 55%)
Maverick's Weapons (Pretty much essential now that aiming is high stakes)
Crime Rebalance (needed to rebalance the aim accuracy of lawmen)
RDO Ability Cards (No Slow Motion Deadeye)
WERO 3.2 (Euphoria Ragdoll Overhaul)
