Two Sample T Test in R | Independent T Test for Two Samples in R
This video is about t test for two samples in R also known as independent t test for two samples. T test in R can be performed using t.test function. T test for two samples is used to compare the means of two populations or two groups. We can use independent t test for two samples to check whether the mean of two populations is same or different. In first step of t test we define null and alternative hypothesis. Before doing t test we can compare the means of two groups through a box plot. The box plot in R can be created using box.plot function.
The class of a character variable in R software can be changed to factor using as.factor function of R. If the p vale is less than 0.05 then we reject null hypothesis.
