Update: Xcel shares fallen tree on power lines caused Wednesday night outages
Xcel Energy told News 18 a tree fell and pulled power lines off a pole in Eau Claire Wednesday night. It happened around 9:06 p.m., and power was restored around 10:15 p.m. Officials estimate 3,905 customers were impacted during the outage.
