Here's the new version of the Agroletnica film, a cut-down version of the one made before by Mr Sroka as some of the terrain has become part of his and Lydia's new home, and so some of the things in the film aren't included in the offer now.
On the other hand, in addition to what is here, we have added the opportunity to ride or be driven in a rickshaw, there also more bikes for hire. A number of rooms as well as access to the swimming pool have been adapted for wheelchair or disability scooter users. Projects in the near future include an enhanced games room with weights, the opportunity to meet Bielefelder chickens and taste home grown eggs made the old-fashioned way, as well as specially measured and marked out treks through the amazing forest we are in the middle of, with different levels of challenge.
The swimming pool, grill, and pingpong are all still fully available.
The dining room will also have a jukebox combining old and new technologies, and the dining room is by the way available for weddings, bar-mitzvahs, wakes, pierwsza komunias, anniversary dinners and corporate events. There's no liquor license and there isn't going to be, but we allow guests to consume their own alcohol in moderation. We won't charge corkage but you are welcome to tip the kitchen staff who'll be washing the glasses. Other than that, we have catering deals but the rooms are not equipped with kitchens for self-catering.
In due course we hope to be taking the Polish "bony turystyczne" pending the new scheme whose details are not yet published - watch this space. The centre seeks to especially welcome people with autism. There is going to be good enough fencing around the property to enable some respite to the parents of autistic young people. In due course we will be specialising in the holiday needs of families with autism. Yes, we know something about that topic... On the other hand we are not particularly aiming to attract younger children who are neurotypical. There's no special attractions on site for the younger child and we offer no discounts over the age of three. Under the age of three is half price. We don't offer much by way of vegan or special dietary needs - too small for that. The emphasis is on traditional Polish and Slavonic dishes, each day of the week with its own soup, salad, main course and desert, as well as compotes from local fruit and a fine breakfast buffet.
This is laid out frankly so that you can assess if this sounds like the right place for your holiday - we do want people to relax and enjoy nature and good food here. We're building on a very good base made by the couple who built and ran this for many years before we came on the scene and we do hope that their regulars will become our regulars too.
For the more distant future, further animals, trees, a pond and also canoe trips are on the cards - that probably won't be ready in 2022, though!
