So the windows update always installs "new version" of drivers for you.
it's very conveinent and useful for some hardware such as network, sound cameras. However, it may cause problem for your GPU drivers (especially an AMD driver).
So a simple solution is to disable driver update in the windows update (you still get other major update of your system, only no new drivers).
