Install the driver which come with CD software.
After installing, it will generate the TVHomeMedia3.exe at your desktop.
Run the TVHomeMEdia3.exe
Select the AV as video source. (Press return first if it is disabled.)
Configure the Video format as PAL in setting.
Configure Audio setting if needed.
You can also record your favorite TV Shows using this TV Tuner card.
There many TV Tuner card available which supports FM also.
This TV Tuner card is not Full HD but still clarity is good.
You can face Hearing problem sometimes & depending on your laptop condition.
