The Story Of Jeff Sekinger
I know most of you probably cannot imagine me like I described in this video. The truth is, I can barely believe it as well because of the incredible 180 I did in a short amount of time.
I hope this video provides inspiration and opens up your eyes to the following:
1) Life is 10% of what happens to you and 90% of how you react to it
2) Your worst problems and pains can and will become your purpose if you allow them to
3) Change only occurs when the pain of staying the same exceeds the pain of change
4) Your beliefs dictate and control everything in your life. Change your beliefs, change your life
5) Your actions must align with your highest values. If they don't you are devaluing yourself and will seek ways to escape your life. If you want help in finding your values, go check out Dr. John Demartini.
If you feel trapped, lost, hopeless or helpless I know how you feel as that was 6 years of my life.
You can get out of it and create whatever life you desire. Just don't quit!

One mistake I made in this video was saying I was 25 going into rehab. I turned 25 just 3 months after I got out. Everything else is spot on.
