The Xrdp is an open-source tool used to enable remote desktop access with Windows RDP to a non-windows operating system. Here I am providing the steps to do it in a Ubuntu 18.04 OS.
Login to the server as the root user or a privileged user.
Install the Xrdp package using the following commands:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install xrdp
