How to Make Trap Beats in Cakewalk by Bandlab | From Scratch | Best Free DAW
In this tutorial I go over how to make a Trap beat from scratch. In this video you will see how I use a plugin called Chord Engine Genesis 2.0 to make chords. I use Satila to make the drums in the Cakewalk Step sequencer which is a FREE Plugin. I Used Spit Fire LABS for the sounds which is a FREE Plugin. I also used Komplete Kontrol for the 808 slides and its free as well. Let me know if you any questions about the process below in the comments. Cakewalk is a FREE DAW. Yes you read correctly FREE! This a complete DAW that use to be a paid software. It comes with effects, plugins, mastering tools, instruments and everything need to create music. I decided to try and start making beats in Cakewalk to see what it can do and so far so good. Definitely check it out.
