📖 In 6 steps:
1. Locate the D-ring at the bottom of the Ultimate Ears Boom 2 speaker.
2. Unscrew and remove the D-ring to access the Micro USB port underneath.
3. Use a paperclip to press and hold the reset button inside the small hole next to the Micro USB port.
4. Hold the reset button for about 10 seconds until you see the LED indicator flashing.
5. Release the reset button once the LED flashing begins.
6. Your Ultimate Ears Boom 2 is now reset and ready to connect to a new device.
