This video shows me drawing a Red Rose with one colour using Winsor and Newton Pigment Markers! Watch as I show you how to use pigment markers to blend the red & pink colours of this rose flower, using just a single colour and the white blender marker! This rose drawing is a demonstration of a tonal colour sketch, instead of getting overwhelmed by lots of colours, you can see the values of the flower more easily using just one colour. You also get to see me using both the fine tip and the chisel tip of the marker for different areas of this sketch. This marker drawing tutorial is a time lapse or speed-drawing with my audio commentary explaining what I'm doing, how I'm doing it and why!
