Quick look at Panasonic Toughbook (Wireless Display)
So yeah, this is in theory wireless display... and as it turns out - Panasonic calls it such.
Too bad that it is not upgraded to the latest OS because it would be useful today - however, i can see this thing still being used around the world as HMI (for big machines)

IP54 - The product is fully protected against solid objects and splashing of water from any angle.
Overall awesomely not special "TOUGHLET" (you know.... looks like tablet... it's tough...) :)
